ART NEEDLE-WORK SCHOOL. Miss Lizzie Zwieb, who took the prize for fancy work at the State Fair, has a number of pupils in her rooms above Miss Zwieb's millinery store. The ladies seated before embroidery frames, and weaving beautiful designs with colored silks, in arasene and ribosene, and other modern improvements in this feminine accomplishment of time immemorial, recalled tales of beautiful highborn dames of old, and the ballad of the Lady of Shalott "weaving shadows" until she became "half tired" and turned to look at Lancelot. But no handsome Lancelots were near to disturb the repose of Miss Lizzie's class, and thus carry out the simile.
