Ribbon A is blue with a blue, white and dark red ribbon decorative piece at the top that was hand-stitched to the back of ribbon. Ribbon B is white with printed image of a Texas Flag on it with text commemorating an 1888 reunion of Texas Veterans. Ribbon has metallic fringe that appears to have been hand stitched at the bottom.
